What interested me in this story, is knowing that a 17 year old girl got killed by a man who was sloppy, and decided not to get rid of the evidence. The story was about a girl named Chelsea King, who was reported missing, and her body was found, and evidence led the police to believe that registered sex offender named John Albert Gardner III. Her body was found in a shallow grave in Lake Hodges. Gardner then pleaded guilty and got a sentencing of jail for 11 years. Her body was found on March 2nd 2010. All her friends and family said she would be missed.
